1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Riley's Supply Co. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at rileyssupplyco.com and your purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Riley's Supply Co. is owned and operated by Riley's Supply Co. LLC, located in Naples, FL.
If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our website you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our products are intended for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 please do not use this website or attempt to make a purchase.
3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERING
Product descriptions We make every effort to accurately describe our products including scent profiles, ingredients, size, and burn time. Colors may appear slightly different on different screens. All candles are hand-poured in small batches and minor variations in appearance are a natural characteristic of artisan candle making and not a defect.
Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed we will contact you before processing.
Order acceptance Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm and accept your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about fraud.
Payment We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We do our best to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Riley's Supply Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation. For shipping-related issues after confirmed delivery please contact your carrier directly.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Refund Policy is available at rileyssupplyco.com/pages/refund-policy.
6. CANDLE SAFETY
Our candles are intended for use by adults in accordance with proper candle safety practices. By purchasing our candles you agree to follow these guidelines:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep burning candles away from children and pets
- Burn candles on a stable heat-resistant surface
- Keep away from flammable materials
- Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Stop use when ¼ inch of wax remains
Riley's Supply Co. LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use of our products or failure to follow safety instructions.

All content on rileyssupplyco.com — including but not limited to text, images, product names, the Riley's Supply Co. name and logo, blog content published in The Good Dog Journal, and all associated creative work — is the property of Riley's Supply Co. LLC and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Sharing our content on personal social media with proper attribution is permitted and appreciated.

Our candles are not evaluated by veterinarians and we make no medical or safety claims. We make specific verifiable ingredient claims — no paraffin, no phthalates, no synthetic dyes — and recommend burning all candles in well-ventilated spaces and keeping pets away from open flames.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Riley's Supply Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
